• Provision and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licences across Microsoft 365 or

• At least two years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk support, systems
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including user and group
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent platforms, including
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, with the
