IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist

📋 Description

• Provision and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licences across Microsoft 365 or
• Prepare and onboard Windows/macOS laptops into MDM platforms, coordinate remote device handovers
• Handle first-line support requests including password resets, access issues, and routine
• Conduct weekly maintenance checks on software patch status, backup logs, security alerts, and
• Document technical fixes, standard operating procedures, and runbooks
• Contribute to cybersecurity projects (CVE research, laptop hardening, incident-response playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk support, systems
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent platforms
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote working environment
