📋 Description

• Provision and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and licences across Microsoft 365 or
• Prepare and onboard Windows and macOS laptops into mobile device management (MDM) platforms
• Handle first-line support requests, including password resets, access issues, and routine
• Conduct weekly maintenance checks covering software patch status, backup logs, security alerts, and
• Document technical fixes, standard operating procedures, and runbooks to improve consistency
• Dedicate approximately 20% of time to security-focused initiatives, including CVE research and

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk support, systems
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including user and group
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent platforms, including
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, with the
• Strong written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• A reliable internet connection, a professional remote working environment, and the ability to work
