📋 Description

Provide first to third line IT support to users.
Support desktop env and infra components (O365, AD, Email, MDM, AV).
Deploy Windows/macOS updates; install/modify/repair hardware and software.
Troubleshoot, escalate, and document network issues.
Assist with desk moves and room/equipment setups.
Handle other IT tasks to keep systems running.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in a tech field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in banking/trading environment.
Knowledge of Windows; Mac OS also preferred.
Some Linux experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem solving.
Fluent written and spoken English communication.
