3+ years in IT operations including system administration, server support, desktop support
Experience with Google Workspace or other Active Directory
Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac
Knowledge of VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches
Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS applications
CompTIA Security+ certification
