Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for a growing organization
Respond to IT help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite
Provide technical assistance for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware

🎯 Requirements

5-7+ years in IT ops including sys admin, server support, and desktop support
Experience with Google Workspace or other Active Directory systems
Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac systems
Networking knowledge: VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers & switches
Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
Ability to work under pressure; handle multiple priorities with discipline and flexibility
