IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Onsite IT Operations Engineer at Skydio HQ; frontline employee tech support.
• Own the full employee tech lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, offboarding.
• Provision/deprovision accounts and devices; ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Manage Okta and JumpCloud provisioning, SSO/MFA workflows.
• Provide hands-on support for conference room tech and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams; document processes and improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years supporting employees in fast-paced offices; onboarding/offboarding.
• Identity & access management: Okta admin, provisioning, MFA, groups.
• Device management: JumpCloud or similar MDM; compliance policies.
• AV & meeting room tech: troubleshoot displays, cameras, mics, VC.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs; diagnostics.
