IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable IT infrastructure for a growing org
• Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, remote, and onsite
• Escalate complex requests to senior staff as needed
• Provide tech support for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Improve the company’s technology architecture and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT operations including system admin and desktop support
• Experience with Google Workspace and Active Directory
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac
• Knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls)
• Experience deploying and administering SaaS applications
• CompTIA Security+ certification
