IT Operations Engineer I

📋 Description

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees globally.
• Collaborate with a global IT team across time zones.
• Handle daily IT requests and incidents; escalate when needed.
• Support identity and productivity platforms: Entra ID, 365, Google Workspace, JumpCloud.
• Help maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Assist with SharePoint sites, permissions, and content.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in IT support or helpdesk.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
• Exposure to Entra ID and Microsoft 365; eager to learn.
• Interest in scripting/automation; PowerShell or Python.
• Basic cloud concepts; AWS experience a plus.
• Google Workspace administration experience is an advantage.
