📋 Description

  • First responder for employee IT support via helpdesk, tickets, chat.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux issues.
  • Manage user accounts and access via Okta, AD, and Google Workspace.
  • Administer SaaS platforms like CrowdStrike, Jira, Slack.
  • Handle zero-touch workstation deployment and remote endpoints.
  • Monitor systems and security tooling for escalation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong English, written and verbal; communicate across timezones.
  • Experience in helpdesk or IT ops on Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • Familiar with identity and access management: Okta, AD, or similar.
  • Comfort administering cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack).
  • Familiarity with Linux servers and Windows Server.
  • Some scripting ability (Bash, Python) or willingness to develop it.
