IT Operations Lead (Singapore)

📋 Description

• Senior on-site IT contact for Singapore; own site operations.
• Regional IT support for Southeast Asia sites (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia).
• On-site and remote technical support for Airwallex staff and contractors.
• Strong macOS, Windows, and major SaaS apps support.
• AV support for meeting rooms and events.
• Manage vendors, procurement, and inventory in SG and other sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Site lead or primary IT site lead in regional/remote office.
• Autonomous with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Intermediate networking troubleshooting: Wi-Fi, DNS, office networks.
