IT Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team for enterprise productivity platforms.
• Oversee 24x7x365 support, on-call rotations, incident response.
• Serve as senior escalation point for incidents and integrations.
• Manage lifecycle of M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform.
• Drive platform governance, licensing optimization, and automation.
• Partner with Security, Infra, IAM, and Compliance for secure ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience with enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 3+ years direct people management experience.
• Strong technical expertise administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, Slack, and Five9.
• Experience managing 24x7x365 operations in a global enterprise.
