IT Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Run in-house helpdesk and provide IT support across geographies
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows: provisioning devices, managing access, data handling
• Manage remote onboardings internationally: shipping, provisioning, securing equipment
• Flex into customer-facing technical support as needed
• Design, build out, and maintain AV for conference rooms and events
• Lead the 8th-floor IT buildout: networking, AV, and access control

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong AV experience: conference rooms, all-hands, troubleshooting
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) and identity tools (Okta, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with networking devices, firewall configuration, and VPN management
• Experience coordinating global device logistics and remote provisioning
