📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and update technical procedures, operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides
• Review existing documentation for accuracy and identify gaps requiring improvement.
• Monitor CVE alerts, vendor security advisories, and vulnerability notifications.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify potentially affected systems, determine appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in IT operations, technical support, systems administration
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve common operating system, application, account access
• Experience using ticketing or service management systems to document requests, prioritize tasks
• Ability to write clear, accurate, and accessible technical procedures, troubleshooting guides
• Working knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, identity and access management
• Familiarity with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), vendor security advisories
