IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver secure, reliable IT experience for employees
• Partner with Security, Systems Eng, People Ops, and Eng
• Support full employee lifecycle; improve reliability and automation
• Support and scale internal IT environment; fast-moving
• Work across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and office infra

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in IT support/IT ops, ideally cloud-native/high-growth.
• IAM platforms (Okta or similar) incl lifecycle automation and groups.
• MDM endpoints mgmt: macOS/Windows (Jamf, Intune).
• ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar): ticketing and asset tracking
• Scripting in Python/Bash/PowerShell; Terraform or IaC tooling.
• Cloud security basics: MFA, device compliance, EDR; on-call.
