IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own device procurement, provisioning, maintenance, resets, and redeployment.
• Administer IT access provisioning and security for standard users.
• Maintain device security, including antivirus and EDR tools.
• Administer workspace IT and networking — Wi-Fi, servers, videoconferencing.
• Provide remote support for Hong Kong office networking and videoconferencing.
• Respond to day-to-day employee IT support requests with speed and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of IT support, operations, or systems administration.
• Hands-on with device management (MDM tools like Jamf/Intune).
• Google Workspace admin console experience.
• Familiarity with Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls and videoconferencing (Zoom Rooms).
• Antivirus/EDR and 2FA administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and service-oriented IT support; cross-time-zone work.
