📋 Description

Be the go-to person for IT helpdesk requests
Diagnose and provide IT support for staff
Set up and deploy laptops, devices, software, and hardware
Manage onboarding/offboarding activities with HR and Security
Manage MDM and BYOD; maintain IT asset inventory
Provide training on IT topics and support change management

🎯 Requirements

3+ years IT support or helpdesk experience
Deep Linux, MacOS, Windows admin; device management and patching
Automation workflows, SSO configurations, scalable onboarding
Scripting skills with a drive for automation
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
Cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity capabilities
