Provide technical support across hardware, software, OS, networking, and productivity tools.
Manage onboarding/offboarding: device provisioning and access management.
Troubleshoot laptops, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printers, and conference room tech.
Hands-on, on-site support for executives; ensure minimal downtime.
Administer macOS and Windows; manage Google Workspace and Jira/Confluence.
Manage MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and endpoint security (EDR/antimalware).

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in IT Support, IT Operations, or Endpoint Management.
Experience in fintechs, startups, or fast-growing tech.
Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments.
Fluent English; able to create technical docs in English.
Strong Windows/macOS admin; Google Workspace & Jira Service Management.
MDM (Jamf/Kandji/Intune), EDR/antimalware, ISO 27001/PCI DSS familiarity.
