Administer cloud platforms: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, AWS
Manage IT logistics for US region: equipment, inventory, shipping, asset lifecycle
Automate IT workflows using the Tines platform
Develop and execute projects to improve IT service delivery
Handle IT endpoint management via JumpCloud (MDM)

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in IT Operations with enterprise cloud platforms
Experience in IT Operations support with root-cause analysis
Expert level MacOS knowledge
Familiarity with HR and other core enterprise apps
Comfort with MacOS terminal, log analysis across platforms
Autonomous work style with escalation when needed

🎁 Benefits

Compensation: $95k–$115k USD + equity
