Hands-on experience managing macOS and Linux endpoints in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong working knowledge of MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, or equivalent), SSO, and identity
Solid understanding of network fundamentals: routing, VPNs, DNS, and office connectivity
Comfortable working in security-conscious environments with an understanding of access control best
Able to document systems and processes clearly enough that others can operate them independently
