📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end IT operations for a 75-person fully remote company
  • From new-hire laptop to account provisioning and automations
  • Develop LLM-powered internal tools to scale IT workflows
  • Own IT compliance and governance with the Director of InfoSec

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT operations/support at a remote or distributed company
  • Apple MDM for Apple devices (Kandji/Iru preferred; Jamf/Intune acceptable)
  • IdP admin (Okta preferred): SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle policies
  • Scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Bash to call REST APIs
  • Experience calling LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) from scripts
  • Experience supporting IT compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
