📋 Description

• Own the office and remote network as a reliable, monitored system: wireless, wired LAN and
• Run network monitoring, and manage configuration through automation and version control where the
• Own the networking MSP relationship as a technical partner: hold them to outcomes, own the
• Work the shared IT support queue alongside the team, helping Discordians with their day-to-day IT
• Look past the individual ticket to the workflow underneath: find the recurring breakdowns, automate
• Participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on corporate and enterprise networking: wireless, switching, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VPN and
• Generalist knowledge across identity (e.g. Okta), endpoint management (e.g. Jamf, Intune), SaaS
• Real automation chops: comfortable scripting, building no-code and low-code workflows, and using AI
• A business-problem mindset, strong full-stack troubleshooting instincts, and a collaborative
• 5+ years of experience managing IT systems in high growth tech companies.
