IT/OT Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Support and execute sourcing and procurement activities within the IT/OT category.
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to understand available technologies
• Translate business and technical requirements into procurement specifications and sourcing
• Prepare and coordinate RFI, RFQ and RFP processes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, commercial offers and technical requirements in collaboration with
• Support supplier selection, clarification meetings and commercial negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing, preferably within IT
• Experience with IT procurement, technology sourcing or IT/OT-related procurement activities.
• Understanding of supplier selection, tendering processes, RFI/RFQ/RFP documentation and contract
• Experience working with technical stakeholders, such as IT, Digital, Engineering or Operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple procurement activities.
