📋 Description

Lead end-to-end IT procurement across the Europe region from local vendors.
Develop sourcing strategies for software, cloud services, IT infrastructure.
Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
Collaborate with IT, Info Sec, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, licensing, payment terms, renewals.
Ensure GDPR, DORA, CRA compliance and procurement policies across Europe.

🎯 Requirements

8–10 years in strategic IT procurement across Europe/EMEA.
Led end-to-end sourcing for IT hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, telecom.
Expert in supplier relationship mgmt, contract negotiations, cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, DORA, CRA and European regulations.
Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
Drive supplier performance, governance, and risk mitigation.
