IT Product Owner

📋 Description

• Serve as the internal technical owner for the enterprise SaaS platform, taking accountability for
• Manage the technology relationship with the platform provider, coordinating with customer success
• Oversee platform upgrades, patches, releases, and lifecycle planning while coordinating user
• Partner with governance, risk, and compliance technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and
• Develop and strengthen role-based access control practices across platform modules to support
• Provide second-level technical support for incidents, investigate application or platform issues

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise IT environments, or similar
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as OneTrust or ServiceNow is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, JSON, workflow automation, and related
• Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and its application across enterprise platforms
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including practical experience with data modeling and
• Ability to manage multiple integration and platform initiatives simultaneously while coordinating
