IT Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects from discovery to deployment.
• Develop project plans with timelines, resources, risks, and budgets using Jira/Confluence.
• Manage AI-powered software projects involving data, modeling, and integration.
• Stakeholder management: align tech teams with Portfolio Management and report progress.
• Drive milestones, run meetings, and resolve blockers to hit timelines.
• Budget management and financial reporting for projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years IT PM experience.
• Full lifecycle PM including discovery/selection and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams with technical and business stakeholders.
• Agile methodology expertise.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Budget management and financial tracking for technical projects.
• Direct PM experience with AI or data-intensive projects is desirable.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
