🎯 Requirements

  • Data Governance: CMDB ownership, data quality, audits.
  • Audit & Compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX; evidence gathering.
  • Metrics & Reporting: centralized metrics across service org.
  • Leadership & Influence: stakeholder mgmt without direct authority.
  • Methodology: Agile/Scrum and ITIL; Jira & Confluence desired.
