IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• Help create projects that can revolutionize the insurance industry
• Work closely with a team of designers, developers, testers, Engineering and Product Managers
• Facilitate smooth Scrum routines and collaborate with Polish-American teams
• Communicate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers
• Define project scope and develop execution plans
• Lead project teams and manage relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in project/program management in tech environment
• Experience working in a software house or tech company
• Ability to understand company business and present project goals
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2)
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Experience juggling multiple projects and communicating with tech and non-tech teams
