IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• Agreement of the scope, objectives, and success criteria for assigned projects
• Creation and agreement of Project Initiation documentation to define the scope, timeline, budgets
• Creation and management of the project plan and associate governance, management and reporting
• Engagement of business stakeholder and subject matter experts and the management of these resources
• Engagement and management of all 3rd parties required for the delivery of the project
• Engagement of IT and Business QA teams where appropriate to ensure that validation and IT quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
