IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage timelines for 60+ projects with plans, targets, milestones.
• Identify risks and proactively propose solutions to stay on track.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments for timely execution.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans with teams and stakeholders.
• Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
• Collaborate with the Wing assistant to ensure continuity.
• Escalate issues and follow up actions as needed.
• Ensure multiple projects progress on schedule with quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing multiple IT projects independently.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or Asana or Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of IT software implementations, test and production environments, and system integrations.
• Excellent project planning, organization, and time management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with proactive risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Working webcam.
• Computer with 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
• Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup at least 10 Mbps.
