• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or
• Systems thinking – ability to see how a feature fits into the bigger picture and shape it into a
• UX and technical awareness – ability to sketch interface ideas and understand how they might be
• Ability to pitch ideas clearly and concisely in writing and verbally
• Customer-centric mindset
• Being comfortable with trade-offs and limiting scope to ensure projects are delivered within time
