📋 Description

• Manage full IT project lifecycle (planning to closure).
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, milestones; keep tasks on schedule.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigations, and escalate.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project management in pharma/healthcare/diagnostics.
• Budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cloud-based solutions, SDLC, and integration patterns.
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methods.
• Excellent English (oral and written); communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
