IT Project Manager for Financial Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate a portfolio of tech initiatives supporting Passive Asset Management.
• Manage governance, planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Own backlog management and roadmap prioritization with Portfolio Management and Tech teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; align with business and tech goals.
• Drive stakeholder communication and reporting across global teams and leadership.
• Support budget planning and governance for a multi-million-euro technology portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT Project Delivery, Programme or Portfolio Management.
• Strong governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multiple tech initiatives in complex orgs.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview).
• Asset Management experience, especially Passive products, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Portfolio Management or Front-Office platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent English; German language is a big advantage.
