• Coordinate tech initiatives supporting Passive Asset Management transformation.
• Manage programme governance, planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Own backlog management and roadmap prioritization with Portfolio Management and Tech.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies against objectives.
• Drive stakeholder communication across global teams and senior leaders.
• Support budget planning for a multi-million-euro technology portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT project delivery or portfolio management.
• Strong governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multi-initiative programs in large organizations.
• Hands-on, proactive with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview, etc.).
