IT Project Manager for Financial Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate tech initiatives for Passive Asset Management transformation.
• Govern, plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple workstreams.
• Own backlog management and roadmap prioritization with Portfolio and Technology teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; align with objectives.
• Drive stakeholder communication across global teams and senior leadership.
• Support budget planning for a multi-million-euro technology portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT Project Delivery, Programme Management or Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong programme governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple technology initiatives within complex organizations.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview).
• Asset Management experience, particularly Passive investment products is an advantage.
