📋 Description

• Lead the IT Projects team and evolve Pennylane’s internal IT.
• Manage cross-functional IT projects and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, and Finance teams for secure IT.
• Own administration of internal IT platforms and tools.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives; automate tasks; standardize processes.
• Support AI initiatives and responsible AI adoption across Pennylane.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven IT Lead/PM in fast-growing SaaS/tech.
• Experience managing operational IT projects cross-functionally.
• Mentoring technical teams is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with SaaS tools: Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, Cloudflare.
• IAM concepts including SSO and SCIM.
• MacOS familiarity; knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Familiar with AI tools and automation; Bash/Python scripting a plus.
