📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination
• Work directly with startup and product-based clients to understand hiring needs, clarify technical
• Identify and attract qualified technical professionals through LinkedIn, Naukri, applicant tracking
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, relevant experience, communication abilities, employment
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and clients, gather feedback, manage expectations
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Between 2 and 5 years of hands-on experience in an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Proven experience recruiting technical professionals for startups, product-based companies, or
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, technology stacks, and hiring
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, ATS platforms
• Ability to assess technical qualifications, relevant project experience, communication skills, role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage candidates, manage
