📋 Description

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviews, offers).
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical needs.
• Source IT profiles across tech (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps).
• Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Prepare job descriptions and participate in employer branding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years IT recruitment experience (perm and contract).
• Strong understanding of IT job markets in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent.
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, team spirit, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
