IT & Security Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Lumafield employees across offices
• Manage lifecycle of company devices (procurement, provisioning, MDM enrollment, software
• Administer core IT and SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Rippling, MDM, others)
• Manage user identities, access requests, permissions, and lifecycle processes
• Help maintain endpoint security and patch management (SentinelOne, Vanta, etc.)
• Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR) with technical controls and audit evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT systems administration, endpoint management, or IT support
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and endpoint management solutions
• Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle)
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, OS, networking, and SaaS apps
• Strong organization, proactive mindset, and excellent communication
