IT Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain network security architecture (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, DMZs)
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards and procedures
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans and pen tests
• Monitor systems 24/7 with SIEM; investigate incidents
• Manage IAM and MFA; enforce access controls
• Implement data loss prevention and encryption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years IT security experience in at least two domains
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols
• Hands-on with Splunk, ELK Stack, Snort, Suricata
• Cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Understanding of NIST, CIS Controls, OWASP Top 10
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: CISSP, CISM, CEH
• Nice-to-haves: Terraform, Ansible (IaC)
