IT & Security Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Run IT and security checklists, focus on Google SecOps/Chronicle monitoring
• Perform health checks across GCP, SaaS apps, and security tooling
• Troubleshoot security or infra issues, document fixes, follow-up actions
• Collaborate with DevOps and InfraOps on platform-level issues
• Identify security and platform improvements with business context
• Implement automation and tooling to strengthen cloud and SaaS environments

🎯 Requirements

• IT/security ops across cloud (GCP) and SaaS
• Google SecOps/Chronicle for threat detection and incident response
• IAM (Okta): SSO/MFA, SCIM, RBAC concepts
• Automation/scripting (Bash/PowerShell/Python); Zapier
• Managing/integrating enterprise SaaS securely
• IaC tools like Terraform or willingness to learn
