📋 Description

  • Respond to IT support requests via ticketing, chat, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot macOS/Windows laptops and apps; Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
  • Set up and manage computers/peripherals for new hires and staff.
  • Maintain and improve IT processes and documentation.
  • Manage access requests and accounts across business systems.
  • Support office tech: networking (Ubiquiti), AV, and conference rooms.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ months of IT support experience or training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical issues clearly.
  • Familiarity with macOS and Windows; Linux a plus.
  • Comfort with Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and M365.
  • Exposure to Jamf MDM, Ubiquiti Networking, AWS, GitLab, HashiCorp Vault.
  • Reliable, responsible, and organized; follow through on commitments.
