IT Services Helpdesk Analyst

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Chrome, Mac OS X, and Linux
• Provide local and remote desktop support to 2000+ users in 51 offices globally
• Set up and configure new laptops and desktops
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding per HR and IT procedures
• Provide IT-based training to internal end users
• Undertake small to medium IT projects as instructed

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Chrome OS
• Intermediate networking and cloud technologies
• Google Workspace applications and products
• MS Office
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• ITIL experience (desirable)
