IT Services Technician

📋 Description

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with software installs, account setups, and password resets.
• Log, track, and document service requests in the ticketing system for timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 with detailed documentation.
• Maintain and update IT knowledge base articles and self-service wikis.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years IT experience (entry-level)
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, and common software.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
