IT Site Engineer - Germany

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support for ICEYE employees globally.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot secure communication platforms and endpoint configurations.
• Manage device provisioning, lifecycle, patching, and MDM across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Administer user access, SSO assignments, and permissions via IAM platforms including Okta.
• Create and maintain operational documentation for IT procedures and workflows.
• Support enterprise networking and secure connectivity across VPNs, DNS, DHCP.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on IT support, field engineering, or systems administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Solid networking fundamentals; experience resolving connectivity issues
• Experience supporting office IT equipment, collaboration tools, and service desk platforms
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar service desk tools
• Experience using IAM tools for user access management and SSO (e.g., Okta)
