IT Site Support Technician

📋 Description

• On-site IT contact for Toulouse new hires
• Provision Macs, Windows and Linux laptops via MDM tooling
• Manage end-user SaaS permissions (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
• Document new projects and IT systems
• Maintain/update IT docs repo (how-to’s, IT policy) in English
• Support AV conference rooms and facilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on IT support
• Proficient English (spoken and written)
• Strong end-user support and customer service
• Experience with DNS, VPNs, VLANs
• Experience administering SaaS and SSO (Okta, Google Workspace, O365)
• Based in or relocate to Toulouse; on-site role
