IT Solutions Technician

📋 Description

• Provide desktop support across departments; troubleshoot hardware/software and set up equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to IT support requests; deliver excellent service.
• Manage Active Directory user and computer accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Manage Okta user accounts, groups, and permissions, ensuring access.
• Assist in Intune and Azure management, including device deployment.
• Assist in creating and maintaining basic PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science/IT or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of desktop support or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS; hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently or with the team.
• Strong customer service orientation to meet end-user needs.
• IT service management knowledge: incident, problem, change, Jira.
