IT Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing initiatives across assigned IT categories, including Software/SaaS, Cloud, Hardware
• Independently manage RFx and sourcing activities from initiation through contract execution for
• Conduct supplier assessments, market intelligence research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to
• Develop sourcing strategies, business cases, negotiation plans, and award recommendations that
• Analyze supplier proposals and commercial models, including pricing, licensing structures, total

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years supporting IT strategic sourcing
• Experience sourcing and negotiating across multiple IT spend categories, including Software/SaaS
• Knowledge of software licensing models, cloud consumption-based pricing, and technology supplier
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, perform financial analysis, identify
