IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide first-line tech support for hardware, software, OS, and apps (NY/Americas).
• Manage local endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and inventory.
• Onboard/offboard with HR: devices, accounts, access requests, and IT intro.
• Own local workplace tech: conference rooms, video, VOIP, printers, access.
• Troubleshoot first-line endpoint, networking, Wi‑Fi, VPN, identity; escalate.
• Support Global IT initiatives and security projects for the local office.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT Support/Desktop/IT Ops in enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong macOS experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Lark Suite; SSO, endpoint security, drive encryption.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, OS, networking, endpoints.
• Fluent English; ability to communicate with all levels, including execs.
