📋 Description

  • Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT support
  • Strong macOS and Windows experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD)
  • Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM
  • Experience with video conferencing systems — Zoom and Poly
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting
  • A "think big" mindset to improve systems and processes
  • High-level troubleshooting skills
  • Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • A genuine hunger to learn and grow
